We believe the best-tasting food is natural and fresh. We live local and buy local whenever possible.
Our bagels are made from scratch using unbleached, unbromated flour (see why this matters) and a proprietary fermentation process that creates the perfect mix of crispy and soft goodness.
No one in the area makes them like this!
Because we don’t answer to a corporate office, our menu is flexible! We love to try new things and deliver on the unique creations of our customers. With two days’ notice, we can fulfill almost any request.
